For 15 years, I carried the weight of trauma and PTSD from a traumatic relationship carried over from my childhood patterns. I lived with it, survived it, and thought it was just my story. But one day, I decided enough was enough. I was done feeling stuck. I was done feeling like the past was controlling my future. So I did the hard work to heal, and I did it with a method I developed myself—one that allowed me to finally release the trauma that had been holding me back. This healing work became the foundation for everything I do now.
